Welcome to Onthepalate, the place for people who want to know more about wine but were too afraid to ask. That’s how it all started for me - I love wine and wanted to know more but the industry can be a bit daunting for ‘newbies’ like me. I took a wine course and shared what I learned in online videos on our Youtube channel, inviting friends (when Covid allowed!) to small gatherings, feasting on local produce whilst sipping fine wines.

So join me in this journey to learn more and be inspired to try different wines and food pairings. And if you need any help, just holler.
